Welcome to Beyond the Ultimate Photos, the photo site of the Global Race Series. The following terms and conditions apply to your use of our Web site and service. Please read them carefully.

Images purchased are for non-commercial use only. If the photos are required to appear in an online or print publication, or be used by a sponsor for marketing purposes, including use in their social media content, then please contact will.roberts@beyondtheultimate.co.uk

The following terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you and Beyond the Ultimate Limited. Please read all of the following terms and conditions. By using the website, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Ownership of Our Web site.
This Web site is owned and operated by Beyond the Ultimate limited. International copyright law protects all images and videos.
2. Your Use of Our Images.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by Beyond the Ultimate Limited or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers. Beyond the Ultimate Limited product, nor any part of any Beyond the Ultimate Limited website, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Beyond the Ultimate Limited. You may not frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Beyond the Ultimate Limited without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilising Beyond the Ultimate Limited name or trademarks without the express written consent of Beyond the Ultimate Limited. You may not misuse the Beyond the Ultimate Limited websites. You may use the Beyond the Ultimate Limited websites only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by Beyond the Ultimate Limited terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
3. Disclaimers.
Notwithstanding the Beyond the Ultimate Limited Photos customer satisfaction guarantee, this website and its content are provided "As is" and Beyond the Ultimate Limited makes no warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied, about its images or website, including without limitation, warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Beyond the Ultimate Limited and it's officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors and representatives, will not be responsible or liable for any damages of any kind including, without limitation, lost business or profits, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, compensatory, exemplary, special or punitive damages that may result from your access to or use of either this Web site.
4. Indemnification.
If you reproduce, display, transmit, distribute or otherwise exploit the digital images or any portion thereof, in any manner not authorised by Beyond the Ultimate Limited or the photographer, or if you otherwise infringe any intellectual property rights relating to any of the images of clips on this Web site, you agree to indemnify and hold Beyond the Ultimate Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors and representatives, harmless against any losses, expenses, costs or damages, including reasonable legal fees, incurred by them as a result of unauthorised use of the images and/or your breach of this terms of this Agreement. All images and copyright are the sole property of the photographer.
5. Refund and Replacement Policy
If you found what you have received is not what you ordered, or is defective in any way Beyond the Ultimate Limited is happy to replace the product.
- Email team@beyondtheultimate.co.uk within 7 days after you have received the merchandise and let us know what items are incorrect or defective. We will reply with instructions for the return and replacement of the incorrect or defective product.
- All images are available on the website prior to purchase. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing the correct product concerning content, form and quantity. No refund or replacement will be made where the product is supplied as ordered by the purchaser.
- Digital photo orders, pre-orders and video clips will not be refunded unless the download is found to have a technical fault that is under the control of Beyond the Ultimate Limited
6. Other Terms.
Beyond the Ultimate Limited reserve the right to make changes to this Web site, this Agreement, and the other information contained in this Web site at any time and without notice. Please refer to these User Terms when you visit the site as they may change from time to time.
